How to Do It

You can try the O Method with a partner, but it’s usually practiced solo. To try the O Method you need to be intentional before engaging in any type of sexual activity. Pick a clear goal that you’d like to focus on and think about how you’d like to visualize it. Then, as you climax, visualize the goal as if you already have it. Hold the feeling for a few seconds after you climax. It’s as simple as that. The last step of the method is to try to let it go so that the Universe can do its magic.
