Over time, it was used as a way to find your life’s path and role from your name. In ancient Babylon, a methodology called Chaldean focused on the vibration of the numbers one to eight. The number nine in Chaldean is holy and sacred, and represents everything one could possibly want in the world, as well as a connection with the divine. In this magical technique, we look to our date of birth and the numbers aligned with the letters in our name to find our destiny. Numerology was brought to the modern world by Mrs L Dow Balliett, an influential spiritualist of the early 20th-century, who wrote several books about the subject.
