The key to manifesting using a letter to the Universe is to write about your life as if your desires have already manifested. Manifesting is all about believing that your desire will manifest no matter what. The more you think about experiencing your desire, the faster you bring it into your reality. So the key to manifesting what you want is to identify the feeling you want to experience and aligning yourself with it. Start a new paragraph under what you have written down in Step 1, and write down the positive vibrations you want to feel. Use the Emotional Guidance Scale to identify the high vibrational emotions that you need to align with in order to manifest what you want.

Remember that the higher the vibration, the more positive something is.

3. End Your Letter With Appreciation

The third step to writing a letter to the Universe is to end your letter with appreciation. If you take a look at the Emotional Guidance Scale, you’ll notice that appreciation is one of the emotions with the highest vibrations that you can align with. So expressing your appreciation in your letter to the Universe supercharges it with highly positive energy which helps you vibrate at a higher frequency. Underneath what you wrote in Step 2, write a few bullet points on the things you’re appreciative of at this moment.

Write down anything that makes you feel good.

You can appreciate desires that have manifested in the past, write down your favorite gratitude affirmations, or appreciate your alignment with the loving presence of the Universe. You can even appreciate your desire as if it has already manifested. Imagine how grateful you would feel if your desire manifested right this instant. The fourth step to writing a letter to the Universe is to read over your letter.

This is your opportunity to make any necessary edits and changes.

You’re not looking for any spelling or grammatical errors here, just areas you want to clarify or expand on. Once you’re done with the review, take a moment to highlight or circle any sentences or phrases that particularly resonate with you.

You can use these sentences as your mantra during your meditation.

5. Meditate On The Positive Energy

The final step to writing a letter to the Universe is to meditate on the positive energy you want to cultivate. Visualization meditation is a powerful way to get into vibrational alignment with your desire. The definition of manifesting is to cultivate the feeling of what you want to experience and then allow that experience to come into form through energetic alignment of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
