Pride tricks you into believing you can do everything on your own. It makes you self-centered and causes you to trust yourself instead of trusting God.

Negativity

Negative thoughts and words are powerful. Negativity can keep you from noticing God’s blessings.

How to Receive God’s Daily Blessings

If you want to receive God’s daily blessings, you have to do the opposite of these five things. Elder Neil L. Andersen reminds us, “Fear and faith cannot coexist in our hearts at the same time.” So choose faith over fear. You also need to humble yourself, repent of your sins, and be positive.
